Supply Chain Manager

Your tasks
The objective of this role is to maintain a positive relationship with suppliers, distributors and stakeholder. 
Ensure customer satisfaction internally and externally. 
Foster growth supply chain practices.
Emphasize guidelines and promotes a culture of excellence.

Main Tasks:
  • Prepare quotations
  • Processing and monitoring of purchase orders (direct and indirect materials)
  • Processing, tracking and invoicing of sales orders
  • Processing of dispatch activities and shipments – inbound/outbound incl. GDP-documentation
  • Work closely with contract manufacturer, B2B customers and logistics service providers
  • Analyze invoices to ensure accuracy of goods / services delivered
  • Assist in planning activities
  • Supports the day-to-day transactions and documentation of supply chain operations
  • Monitor inventory
  • Prepare reports on supply chain performance
  • Analyze shipping and delivery data with an eye for optimization, if needed
  • Ensure accurate documentation according to GxP guidelines
  • Ensure accurate posting in ERP system

Your profile
  • Bachelor of applied science: business administration or similar. Alternatively professional training and extensive professional experience in the field of supply chain
  • Minimum 5 years working experience within the indurstry covering customer service/procurement/logistcs
  • Proven experience in ERP systems
  • Experience in managing contract manufacturers and external logistics service provider, as well as project management skills are a plus
