Main Tasks:
- Prepare quotations
- Processing and monitoring of purchase orders (direct and indirect materials)
- Processing, tracking and invoicing of sales orders
- Processing of dispatch activities and shipments – inbound/outbound incl. GDP-documentation
- Work closely with contract manufacturer, B2B customers and logistics service providers
- Analyze invoices to ensure accuracy of goods / services delivered
- Assist in planning activities
- Supports the day-to-day transactions and documentation of supply chain operations
- Monitor inventory
- Prepare reports on supply chain performance
- Analyze shipping and delivery data with an eye for optimization, if needed
- Ensure accurate documentation according to GxP guidelines
- Ensure accurate posting in ERP system
