Your tasks
  • Direct a Commercial Excellence program for Europe with a clear role to act as an entrepreneurial pioneer and counterpart to local affiliates in order to constructively challenge and improve existing ways of working
  • Manage the relationships with distribution partners, demonstrating a consistent demand for clear and transparent communication to maximise value for both partners.
  • Establish sales force effectiveness metrics as a core driver of Sales performance utilizing commercial analytics alongside support in implementing CRM optimizations
  • Develop and strengthen a strong customer-focused commercial analytics function generating easily accessible insights from deployment of appropriate standard reports. Based on these propose clear recommendations, actions and related KPIs
  • Analyse business and team deployment on multiple quantitative and qualitative KPIs (sales-driven) and provide easily accessible insights from deployment of reports and recommendations adapted to the different needs of internal customers (Country Managers, General Management, Leadership Team)
  • Lead the dissemination of best practice and success stories between the commercial country teams and regional distributors
  • Establish processes to support the company management of financial relationships with alliance partners
  • Liaise with the business development function to analyse opportunities for further growth
Your profile
• BA or BSc degree, preferably in economics, business-related or other analytical disciplines
• 5+ years experience in the pharmaceutical industry or consulting in sales and/or business development
• Knowledge of hospital sales environment is preferred
  • Must bring a pro-active, self-starter mindset and a strong execution track-record
• Must be able to analyze complex processes and put together effective concise reports while meeting all deadlines
• Must have fluent spoken and written English
